Fundraisers that fit your group, minus the stress.
Brian Palmer helps schools, teams and youth groups find a fundraiser that actually works for them, then sticks around until the last box is delivered. No money up front, and most programs wrap up in a few weeks or less.

Your group's goal goes here next.
Every group leader has said at least one of these.
"Last year we barely cleared enough for one field trip."
"I have three volunteers, and one of them is me."
"Half the families never turned in their order forms."
"The district wants paperwork before we can even start."
Brian has heard every one of these. Most of what makes a fundraiser work happens before kickoff: picking something your families will actually buy, setting a goal you can hit, and timing it so you're not competing with every other group in town.
That's the part he helps with. Then he stays on it with you until the product is delivered and the money is counted.
Three steps, about three weeks.
-
Tell Brian about your group
What you're raising money for, how many people you have, and anything you've tried before. Fill out the short form or send him an email.
-
Look at the options together
He'll walk you through what each program involves, what groups like yours usually make, and what your volunteers would be doing. Your group picks.
-
Run it with backup
Some programs run in about a week, others take a few. Brian handles the ordering, tells you up front how returns work on the program you picked, and is an email away from kickoff through delivery.
Plenty of ways to raise money. You choose what fits.
Brian is an independent rep carrying programs from several companies, including The Geckler Company and All American Fundraising. He's not pushing one product, so you get a straight answer about each one.
Not sure which one? That's what the first email is for.

Good fit: groups that want to see every option See details →
One person, every option.
Most fundraising companies sell you the one thing they make. Brian carries programs from several companies, so the conversation starts with your group instead of with a product he needs to move.
That means one email instead of five, one person who knows what your families bought last year, and a straight answer about which option actually fits.
Get StartedIt's short, and it's in your favor.
Up front
Your group doesn't pay anything to get started.
On many programs
Plenty of products can go back for credit if they're sealed and never left the school. Brian tells you which before you start.
Start to finish
Chocolate can wrap in a week to ten days. An online campaign can launch in a day or two.
For district approval
Most districts already approve Brian. Need more paperwork? He'll send it.
Hi, I'm Brian Palmer.
I've been in school fundraising since 1984. I spent about five years with Nestlé/Beich and ten with Cherrydale Farms, then went out on my own around 2000. Since then I've carried programs from several companies instead of just one.
That's on purpose. When you only sell one thing, every group gets the same answer. I'd rather show you what's out there, tell you what I've seen work, and let your group pick what makes sense for your families.
My whole job is helping schools and organizations find and run fundraisers that hit their goals without stress and aggravation, and with a whole lot of fun.

"Brian makes fundraising incredibly easy. Every question was answered, our volunteers felt supported, and we raised more than we expected."
PTO President, elementary school
"From the first email to the final delivery, Brian was there for us. Hands down the easiest fundraiser our church group has ever run."

What people ask Brian first.
Don't see yours? Ask it in your first email. That's what it's for.
How much money does a school usually make on a fundraiser?
It depends on your group and what you're raising money for. Brian has seen groups net anywhere from about $1,500 to $100,000.
Which fundraiser works best for a small school versus a big one?
All of his programs work for groups of any size. Brian walks you through what each one involves, and your group picks the one that fits your families best.
How long does a fundraiser take from start to finish?
It depends on the program. A chocolate campaign is usually a week to ten days from kickoff to delivery. An online campaign with MoneyDolly can be up and running in a day or two. Order-form programs take a little longer, since you collect orders first and the product comes after.
Do we have to pay anything up front?
No. Nothing.
What happens with product that doesn't sell?
It depends on the product. For the most part, factory-sealed boxes that never left the school can go back for credit. Some products, like cookie dough, can't be returned at all. Brian will tell you exactly how returns work on whatever program you choose before you commit to anything.
How do we get Brian approved through our district?
He's been doing this long enough that most districts already approve him. If yours needs more information, he'll get it to you quickly.
Do you work with groups outside my area?
Yes. Brian works with schools and organizations nationwide.
Let's figure out what fits your group.
Tell Brian a little about your group and what you're raising money for. He'll write back personally.
